i’ve been seeing gena for a while now and she is absolutely amazing. she’s so easy to work with and is so knowledgeable. she wants to make sure you’re 100% happy with your hair and goes an extra step to make sure of it. she’s so kind and easy to work with. i’m always so happy with how my hair turns out with her especially because i make drastic color changes and they always turn out perfect. i’m so in love with my cut and color she did. i heavily recommend seeing gena day 🙂 she’s the best!

I had a great experience at Coastal Roots! The reception team was so friendly and welcoming, and the salon smelled clean and fresh. The ambiance wasn’t exactly what I expected, but everything else made up for it. My haircut turned out amazing, exactly what I wanted! Lynn and Coral were both wonderful and made me feel really comfortable throughout the process. I’ll definitely be recommending coastal roots salon to my friends!

I'm reviewing Coastal Roots Salon again, because this salon gets better and better. I've been going here since day 1 and before that! My last appointment was a week ago. I had to change the appointment due to medical issues. Lynn went above and beyond to help me out. I couldn't be happier with my cut and color. As a small business owner I am very impressed with the way Lynn takes care of her clients and employees. The continuing education is non stop, which means your stylist is going to be completely up to date on how best to take care of your hair. And perms? Hey, I tried to ask Lynn to take me back to the 80's and she refused thank goodness ! Thus, I still have a full head of hair! Seriously, I listen to her!!! My last review is from a few years ago but still rings true: This is the best salon I have ever been to. The stylists all have a great deal of experience, and I'm always delighted with the results! I went thru chemo and lost all of my hair. Lynn was amazing helping me bring it back to life as it grew in. She was so careful and conservative about how to deal with my new baby fine hair, and so concerned about possible skin reactions to hair treatments. I would recommend any one with post cancer hair issues to consult with her. I have also seen the amazing and careful way she and her staff perform beautiful transformations when applying extensions, this is such a fine science and she advises clients very carefully!

Beth is truly amazing! I went in wanting something fun but still wearable, and she absolutely nailed it. The blonde is fresh and bright, and the pop of pink is perfectly blended—playful without being over the top. She really listened to what I wanted and somehow made it even better than I pictured. My hair still feels super healthy and soft, which is huge for me when adding color. On top of that, Beth is just such a great person to sit with—so easy to talk to and makes the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. I’ve gotten so many compliments already and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Beth if you want someone who knows exactly how to bring your vision to life!

Joeanne is literally THE BEST! I booked her on a whim, just off of Google reviews, and I couldn’t be happier! My hair looks and feels amazing, could not be happier!
