Hello my name is Wendy Payne. I went to the Center for Science and Technology for cosmetology school and I've now been doing hair since 2009. I specialize in hair on all ends of the spectrum, from balayages, freehand painting, and Dimensional coloring, to perm/texture waves - or even just a simple trim. I also do facial waxing. With my up-to-date techniques, I’m here to help you reach your hair goals. I love for all my clients to walk out and feel better about themselves than when they came in!
